  1. It bugs me that so many people’s lives have been ruined, and this girl just gets to move away and start over like nothing happeneed.

  2. I agree she is one of the only ones in this whole situation who seems to be living happily ever after. Basically she should take the blame because it was her affair that sent Fred over the edge it seems.

  3. And as always he was not responsable for his own actions come on be real

  4. Yes, Bob. We are all responsible for our own actions. Denial or stupidity doesn’t relieve us from our responsibilities as citizens. Ms. Ballew was so selfish that she dismissed her supposed ex-boyfriend standing over her bed holding a gun. She was so recklace that she left the name, phone number and address of her lover in plain sight. She was so stupid that she didn’t think that her ex had anything to do with the death of the Stevens. What planet is this woman from? Yes, kb, RUINED. Many lives were ruined because of Ms. Ballew and Fred Cooper, including a two-year-old little boy who will grow up without parents. She may not be held accountable in a court of law, but she could have and should have prevented this tragedy. She wasn’t being responsible with her actions, nor did she care how they would effect others. Someday, she will be judged accordingly.

  5. Seriously?? You people want to blame her for this? She did not go there that night. And it says she had a list of ALL employees names and addresses, not just Steven’s. Plus, she probably assumed he had not found out about the two of them having an affair. Im sure she was or is just as hurt (for life) as everyone else involved. She probably feels more guilt than anyone knows. But that does not make her responsible. If you are going to say that she is to blame, then so is her lover. The only difference is that he is not here to take the blame. Either way, it is a very unfortunate, tragic event and very sad for all the family members involved.

  6. Also, how do you know that she is “living happily ever after”??? How do you know that she does not have nightmares every night about this? How do you know that she has not had to undergo therapy? And Im sure she does not live her day to day life like “nothing ever happened”.

  7. On 10/19/94 My best friend was murdered by her husband who then killed himself. Leaving 2 beautiful children as orphans. He was convinced that she was having an affair with a co-worker. They were NOT having an affair. You can go over and over the details. It will NEVER make sense. You have NO idea what some people are capable of until the crap hits the fan. Millions of people have affairs everyday unfortunatly. Only a select few happen to involve some psycho that loses it. My prayers go out to all those left behind.Whatever part they played; adulterer, mother or child. They will all feel guilt like they should’ve been able to stop it.NO ONE lives happily ever after when something like this happens.

  8. Cooper gets 95% of the blame. They get to split the othewr 5%. You don’t take the law into your hands in a civilized society.

  9. The only thing Kellie BLEW was concerned about was her ugly purple lipstick staying in place while testifying on the stand. She had the emotional depth of a box of rocks as she remained coy and smug as humanly possible with her droning, monotone answers. Does she not have any regard for the families of the deceased watching? I also get the feeling that she’s the type who enjoys playing jealous headgames with people. My heart goes out to Steven and Michelle’s family, Carly, and Kellie BLEW’s next conquest!
