Case management scheduled for next week.
The judge just declared a mistrial and now the state and defense have to start all over again.
Looks like their will be a case management next week. Which means they’ll start the process of a new trial next week.
You used the incorrect ‘there’.
There, their, they’re in your post.

Thank you Melissa for all your hard work…

Yeah, no kidding…Melissa has been through a lot of mind numbing junk covering this trial, cut her some slack.
So, Melissa, will you be covering the next one? Or will you be able to tag off to someone else? You’ve done a great job covering this whole thing!

how small you are, patricia b, to be demeaning Melissa for all she has been through. Maybe you should think before you hit the send button.
